At CompartsLine UK, your satisfaction matters to us. However, we understand that sometimes purchases don’t go as planned. This policy clearly outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges, in line with UK consumer protection regulations.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are fully met.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, packaged securely in their original packaging.
Your return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Certain items may be excluded due to hygiene, safety, or customisation restrictions (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).
⚠️ Important: All returns must first be authorised. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue the refund or process an exchange as appropriate.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
CompartsLine UK will cover or reimburse return postage costs.
We will provide clear instructions on how to return the item without extra cost to you.
Returns due to Customer Preference (e.g., change of mind)
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for lost or unverified returns.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal), funds may take a few extra days to appear.
Unless faulty or defective upon arrival, the following items are not eligible for return:
Personal care products (e.g., earphones, headsets) if the packaging has been opened.
Products marked “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable”, or customised specifically for your order.
Digital software, license keys, and downloadable products.
Gift cards or vouchers.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Returns must be sent only to the return address provided in your authorisation email. Items mistakenly sent to our office or registered business address may not be processed.
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Returns that fail inspection (e.g., items used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts/accessories) may be refused or refunded partially.
CompartsLine UK reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges where policy conditions are breached or abuse of the policy is suspected.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection laws. You always have the right to return defective or misdescribed goods, regardless of this policy.
