Supplier & Warehouse Handling
To offer competitive pricing and a wide product selection, many items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers or distribution warehouses. Some products may require additional handling time depending on stock availability and location.

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)

  • Cost: Free on all orders

  • Delivery Time: Usually 1-2 business days from dispatch

  • Tracking: Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your item ships. If tracking is unavailable, you’ll still be notified when your order is dispatched.

Express Delivery
Currently unavailable while we expand our UK warehouse capabilities. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to improve our service.

🚚 Next-Day Delivery (When Available)

For selected products and locations, orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) are eligible for next-day delivery.

⚠️ Please note:

  • This service depends on stock availability, courier capacity, and destination.

  • While we make every effort to deliver next-day, CompartsLine reserves the right to adjust delivery times where necessary (e.g., courier delays, weather disruptions, or peak seasonal demand).

  • If we are unable to provide next-day service, your order will still be prioritised for the fastest possible delivery.


🌍 International Shipping

At this time, CompartsLine ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed from outside the UK will be automatically cancelled and refunded.


📬 Multiple & Partial Deliveries

If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from different suppliers or warehouses.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number (where applicable), and you’ll be updated for every package dispatched.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute or modify delivery addresses.
CompartsLine is not liable for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


🕒 Delays & Service Disruptions

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to:

📜 Pre-orders & Backorders

Products marked “Pre-order” or “Backorder” on our site will have extended lead times.
Estimated dispatch dates will be visible at checkout, and you’ll be notified with tracking once the item ships.


📮 Missed Deliveries & Collection

If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a card with collection instructions.
Please follow these promptly to avoid items being returned to us.
Uncollected parcels returned to CompartsLine will require re-shipping fees if you request another delivery attempt.


📦 Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your delivery arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel (or expected delivery for non-arrival).

  • Provide photos or videos if applicable.

  • We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund.

Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to:

  • Refund or replacement for lost parcels after reasonable investigation.

  • Refund or replacement for items damaged in transit.

  • Full refunds for confirmed non-delivery exceeding 30 days from dispatch.


⚠️ Customs & Duties

For UK deliveries, customs duties are generally not applicable. In rare cases where duties or taxes are imposed by local authorities, these remain the customer’s responsibility. CompartsLine is not liable for such charges or related delays.
